group workshops
Within group workshops, you have three focus areas to choose from:
mindset & resilience: to gain an understanding of neuroscience behind the buzz words, walking away with simple strategies that have a pragmatic application in everyday life.
work-life optimization: to understand the optimization and personalization possibilities your work life and everyday life have, walking away clear on which areas you personally need to focus on first and how to build a change that sticks.
corporate biohacking: to learn the basics of biohacking and how to melt them into your corporate life, walking away with at least three small improvements you can implement already today.
All workshops are:
designed for groups of 5 to 10 participants,
have a duration of approx. 2.5 hours
built for active participation and live exchange
leaving you with practical takeaways you can apply immediately
available for personalization based on your team’s specific needs
The Corporate Experience Optimization Sessions are for you, if you:
are overwhelmed by the amount of information available everywhere
are not interested in conducting your own research or read endless articles
want to build new knowledge and improve your skills in resilience, work-life optimization and corporate biohacking
want an interactive session with practical exercises and learnings applicable in real life (both in and outside of work)
The Corporate Experience Optimization Sessions are NOT for you, if you are:
expecting one-sided download of information only
looking for one on one session and individual approach, or to collaborate over a extended period of time
not comfortable to share and exchange thoughts in a group setting
coming in decided there is nothing you can do or change about how these topics play out in your life
If you’re a company, a team, or just a group of friends who would like to dig deeper in a dedicated, focused session, this is the right option for you. You can book a consultation call here.
